Description :	Stade : mise au net sur calque d'une première pensée. Plume, encre brun-noir et crayon (cours d'eau du Verseau, tracé abandonné partiellement de l'écliptique, quadrillage) ; gouache blanche, au vaporisateur (voie lactée) et au pinceau (quelques étoiles).

Historique :	Oeuvre exécutée probablement avant 1951 par Ray Bret-Koch (1902-1996). L'absence de griffure de pointe sèche et de frottis de mine au verso pour un report (papier carbone sans doute préféré) témoigne des précautions que l'auteur attacha à la conservation de ce stade de recherche : stade d'affirmation du caractère, à partir d'un assortiment de figures transposées passivement, de planches d'encyclopédie. La référence classicisante paraît assez dans le goût 1930.
