Description :	Monument funéraire, buste en marbre. Buste provenant du monument de la famille de Créquy, aux Jacobins. Musée des Monuments français, n°246, donné à l'église sous la Restauration.

Historique :	Exécuté vers 1690. Antoine Coysevox (1640-1720). François de Blanchefort de Créquy, marquis de Marines, maréchal de France, Gouverneur de Lorraine (1625-1687) est vu en buste de trois-quarts à droite. Ce buste provient du monument que fit ériger aux Jacobins Saint-Honoré, Catherine du Plessis-Bellières, veuve du Maréchal. Il était représenté primitivement à mir-corps, agenouillé sur un prie-Dieu. C'est ainsi qu'il figura au Musée des Monuments français sous le n°343. Réclamé par l'église de l'Assomption comme provenant d'un ancien édifice religieux situé dans la circonscription de sa paroisse, il fut cependant remis à l'architecte de Saint-Roch en 1818, à la suite des décrets ministériels des 18 mars 1817 et 7 mai 1818. Il n'y a plus aujourd'hui que son buste, les bras sont perdus.
